As the year approaches its end we often see the weekly routine change because of special events like sports day and swimming lessons. I am, however, so impressed with how every student in Fox Class has maintained their focus and hard work.
On Monday we were extremely proud of our children in Fox class who did an amazing job during our Village Hall Cafe. The children had a busy morning preparing sweet and savoury treats. During the event in the afternoon they were rushed off their feet taking orders, serving customers, settling balances and washing up. Thank you to everyone who donated baked goods for the event and to those who attend. It was an incredible event which we plan to repeat in September/October.
We have been continuing our diary writing in English, looking at mummification in topic and finishing off our unit on shape in Maths. We have also looked at shade and texture in art. Can you guess the child from their self portrait below?
