Well it has been a fun, filled festive week in Hedgehogs. The children have thoroughly enjoyed being creative, collaborative and curious as they brighten their learning area with glitter and colour. Who doesn’t like a little sparkle at this time of year? If you do then mix in some glue, paint and the odd pom poms and you have an individually designed wreath. We are sure they will take pride of place on someone’s door, wall or fridge. Some fantastic imaginative skills have been happening with our very own bakers shop, we used glitter as our flour and created our very own Christmas cookies with Playdough. What’s more, everyone added their Christmas wishes to a personalised card for a lucky family member too. Add in a little rhyme and jingle to get the children in the festive mood and you have a recipe for a joyous week. We also know that our adults have supported this Christmas cheer with their own outfits too. With only five more days to go before the end of term; there is still time for lots more fun and Christmas sparkle so watch this space. We may even see a flurry of snow and a Ho Ho Ho!
