Hedgehogs Forest Preschool  This week, we discovered more exciting changes in our garden- bumpy pink fruits hiding under the leaves of our raspberry bushes, tiny froglets with bendy legs in our tadpole tank and flower heads beginning to grow on our tall, leafy sunflower plants. The lively colours and smells of summer, inspired us to make potions and perfumes using fragrant leaves and petals from the school garden.  We worked together to clean out our sandpit and replace the sand. We agreed on some rules to keep our sandpit a safe, happy place to play.   Mark making was used to draw our friends and play games together.All that action left us needing an energy boost so we made some chocolate hedgehogs using sunflower seeds for the spikes.   |
