The children have settled straight back into school and are thoroughly enjoying our new topic London Calling! In English we are looking at the Michael Bond story of Paddington. While considering what Paddintgon may have in his suitcase we played our own memory game “In my suitcase I packed…” We had a banana, shampoo, a unicorn, some Playmobil, a lorry, a car, pictures of my nan, a PS5, an alien, the sun, a phone, a panda and a book! Here is Nathan showing us what his alien in the bag looked like!! 

In maths we have continued exploring the 2, 5 and 10 times table in KS1 while Reception children have been exploring the number 5 and the pairs that make five.
