This week has been another busy one in Otter class. We have started to conclude parts of our topic work to make way for Christmas rehearsals, exploring Christmas texts such as ‘The Jolly Christmas Postman’ and letter writing. In maths we are also concluding our addition and subtraction unit in year 1 and 2 and working our way through numbers to 10 in Reception.
We had lots of fun in our extra PE session this week to celebrate the start of the world cup. Maybe this weekend the children could show you their recently learnt dribbling skills.
Myself and Mrs Short would also like to thank all the parents that were able to attend parents evening. It was really nice to do it face-to-face again and discuss all the achievements the children have made. We are (as always) extremely proud of them all.
