This week we were excited to find some of the pumpkins from our pumpkin hunt had been turned into cosy houses. We also discovered some tiny woodland folk hiding under the leaves of our trees! Our little visitors wrote messages asking for help as the leaves that sheltered them were changing colour and falling to the ground. We showed our woody friends round the garden and even gave them a turn on the slide and in our spinning egg chair! We were inspired to create ‘Pumpkin City’ and the woodland folk were happy to make it their new home.
We enjoyed some halloween fun with a story about a spider that loves to count, a spooky picture trail and some bubbling pumpkin potions.
We’d love to see all our Hedgehogs and parents at our firework themed open day next Thursday 9.30-11.30am if you are able to come along.
