We’ve had another brilliant week in Otter class and have all been putting in lots of effort with our learning and Harvest Festival preparations. We have been preparing our hedgehog fact files for our church service and have created some amazing paintings and collages to go with our reading. 

In our English lessons we have continued to look at the alternative fairytale ‘Pigs Might Fly!’ Reception children have produced some brilliant sequencing maps and our Year 1s and 2s have been working hard on their sentence stacks, using conjunctions, verbs and nouns to improve their writing.

In our Maths lessons we have been continuing to look at addition and subtraction. This week the children have been keepers of the sweet shop and

have been carefully calculating and auditing our stock! 

We are looking forward to the next half term and a well deserved rest over this next week. Well done to all!
